When does my membership start?  When you join, you'll pay for your membership now, but the clock starts ticking at our soft public opening, which will be near the end of August. Your membership gets you 15 months for the price of 12...AND....you'll be able to play on the courts a few weeks before we open.  As a Founder...you will be the first players on the courts!

Why join now? Our Founder's Memberships are very limited. Joining before we open waives initiation fees and you can reserve and play for FREE until our soft opening as a thank you for being an early adopter!

Do you offer monthly memberships? We offer anual and daily memberships only.

Do you have payment plans?  We offer an "Easy 3 Pay" if you want to break up your payments. You pay 1/3rd when you sign up, another 1/3 in 30 days, and the last payment in 60 days, this does not require a credit check.  We also partner with a third party company, Affirm, that can break your payments up into 12 months. Affirm does pull credit however. It might be simpler with a credit card.

When will we be able to play?  Courts are going in at the end of July. Once they are dry and ready for play, all Founder's members will be notified and can reserve the courts prior to opening to the public. Our target date for public soft opening is mid to late August.

How many memberships are on sale?  At this time, we're evaluating the number of total Founder's Memberships available. The bonuses and giveaways with membership will never be this good. We want to reward our early adopters!  Once they are gone, they are gone. So act fast!

Why don't you offer a monthly membership?  At Helen Indoor Pickleball, we want to create a vibrant pickleball community and culture. We can only do this with annual commitments from our players. For those wanting a non-member experience to play indoors occasionally, we have a Daily Membership/Guest Pass for $20. It only takes 3 times per month playing with us before a membership pays for itself. ​

When will your classes start? Our goal is to get classes set up within 30 days of opening.  Our class offerings will include: Intro to Pickleball, College Night, Junior Academy for middle and high schoolers, round robins, leagues, themed classes and events like Glow In the Dark Pickleball and Club Sponsored Tournaments.

What type of court surfaces do you have? Our courts will be sanded acrylic courts, just like outdoors! Except no cracks thanks to our Cushion-X system designed for true ball bounce yet easier on knees, feet, and joints. This allows you to play more often! Our court surface coatings will be provided by Acrytech.

What are court reservation fees? Court fees are the fees you pay to rent the courts privately for yourself and others. Think of court fees like "greens fees" at a golf course. If you belong to a golf club, you still pay the fees, but at a discounted rate. Pickleball clubs operate the same. Open Play sessions are free with membership. Visitors pay $20/per person for a 2 hour experience at the club, and $5/hour beyond 2 hours, plus complimentary open play with their Daily Membership.
