Overview


Thank you for shopping at the Helen Indoor Pickleball Pro Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your paddle purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns


Once purchased, paddles cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping.  If you have a warrnty item, Selkirk offers warranties on all of their paddles. You can find more information here: 

2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Paddles that have been used in play (any court time voids the return)

  • Customized or personalized paddles

  • Paddles purchased on final sale or clearance

3. Defective or Damaged Items


If your paddle arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage before contacting us. 


4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund


5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
