  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. It's very important to attend if you sign up for an event. Having to re-draw the event for a no-show costs everyone approximately 30 minutes of waiting. If Helen Indoor Pickleball needs to cancel the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer account credit towards future tournaments, classes, DUPR Builders, and paddle purchases.

    You can sign up for a FREE DUPR ID at the link below. However,  do not sign up for their paid program, it's not necessary.
